Kirsten Kaiyala is excited to be a part of Eve Capital because of her love of commercial real estate properties and because of Eve Capital’s focus on inclusivity, collaboration and respect - values that are a part of every one of her transactions.
 
She strives to employ a creative, transparent and thoughtful approach to the entire process, and communication and engagement are the keys to her successful relationships with her clients. 
 
Prior to joining Eve Capital, Kirsten ran her own entertainment company for 20 years, and then worked with various tech and entertainment companies in Los Angeles, focusing on the companies’ real estate growth and workplace experience. Because of this perspective, Kirsten takes a comprehensive approach towards anticipating and solving her client’s professional, financial and real estate needs.
