Meet Karla Elizabeth

Liz's foundation lies in health and wellness, driven by a deep-rooted passion for real estate that reflects her family lineage. Her journey in real estate began as an investor when she purchased a four-unit property in 2003. This challenging yet inspiring experience motivated her to obtain her real estate license in 2005.

Liz initially partnered with a boutique real estate brokerage, where she gained invaluable insights. It was during this time that she was inspired to establish her own brokerage, thanks to a connection with a family friend and a seasoned real estate broker with 50 years of experience in the heart of Los Angeles. From 2006 to 2011, her brokerage OMNI Realty, Inc. thrived, successfully closing 10 to 15 residential deals each year.
 
In 2012, Liz joined Keller Williams and began focusing on property management, collaborating with industry leaders like Greystar and Lincoln Property Company. This new chapter in property management not only solidified her expertise but also deepened her understanding of the real estate profession over the next 12 years.
