Meet Danielle

Danielle Hanna joins Eve Capital with experience representing both investors and users of real estate in Greater Los
Angeles.

Multifamily investments are a key area of focus for Danielle. She partners closely with owners and investors to help
them make confident decisions to impact cash flow, risk, and overall portfolio performance. Having also worked with both landlords and tenants across office, retail, and industrial properties, Danielle offers a well-rounded perspective on how different asset classes behave in changing market. From underwriting investments to structuring leases, she helps clients see not just how a deal looks today, but how it will perform over time.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking and volunteering. She is a member of the Sponsorship and Development
Committees of a number of nonprofit organizations including Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network –
Los Angeles chapter.
