Having worked on both sides of the table, Art understands what owners and investors truly care about. He blends market expertise with thoughtful underwriting and cash-flow analysis to highlight opportunities, make the numbers meaningful, and keep deals moving confidently from start to finish.

Art holds an MBA from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Outside the office, he’s a dedicated chess player, a passionate home cook for family gatherings, and a longtime MMA enthusiast.
