Alana Mayer is a Los Angeles native with a strategy-driven and community-minded approach to creating long-term value for her clients at Eve Capital. She brings a multidisciplinary background and a strong ability to translate creative concepts into successful business ventures.

Her experience includes project-managing collaborations across brands like Lululemon and Swarovski, as well as producing retail pop-ups spotlighting female-founded businesses. Having been hands-on in opening and managing food service concepts and wellness spaces, Alana brings a first-hand knowledge of tenant needs and site functionality. This lends deeply to her passion for working with restaurant and mixed retail spaces. 

As an entrepreneur with a diverse network, she offers a fresh yet operational lens to tenant curation.
