Get to Know Me

Savanah Taylor was raised in the commercial real estate management, construction, and development industry. She spent her youth working alongside her parents as they managed their independent development company, checking on tenants, touring properties, and performing routine maintenance. Witnessing this hands-on approach to business — one that centered on collaboration, patience, and diligence in all endeavors — provided the framework for Savanah’s approach to working with her clients.
 
After earning a degree in political science from Marshall University, she moved to New York and served a term as a community engagement consultant for prominent civil rights organizations, including the NAACP, the United Federation of Teachers, the A. Philip Randolph Institute, and the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists. Savanah brings the skills she honed during these years to her commercial real estate clients, bringing a people-first method to all her business relationships.
 
Whether clients are buying, selling, leasing, or holding commercial property, Savanah works to maximize their investments. In helping clients of all backgrounds throughout Greater LA gauge their position in the market and mitigate risk, Savanah encourages informed decision-making based on the latest market data.
 
Creating positive change is Savanah’s primary objective. In her spare time, she mentors young women at multiple nonprofit organizations. She recharges by reading, jogging, traveling, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
